Representatives from the BLM and Marine Corps will host a Resource Management Group meeting on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at the Lucerne Valley Community Center, 33187 Highway 247 East, Lucerne Valley, CA from 10:00 AM â€" 11:30 AM.  The purpose of the meeting is to communicate the Marine Corps’ plans to conduct a large-scale exercise in August 2017 in the Shared Use Area of the Johnson Valley Off Highway Vehicle Recreation Area. Information concerning a temporary land closure (August 1-30, 2017) of the Shared Use Area as well as public safety information will be discussed with attendees.
